1. Go to https://portal.azure.com/#home and login into your account

  2. Go to Azure OpenAI Service. You can use the search if you don’t see it on the homepage.

  3. Click on Create

  4. Fill in the form

    1. Choose your Azure subscription

    2. Choose Resource group or create a new one if you don’t have any

    3. Choose a region (we recommend using the closest one to your/your customers location)

    4. Add a name

    5. Select your pricing tier

  5. Select All networks, including the internet, can access this resource on the next step

  6. Click Next on the Tags step and click Create on the last step

  7. Then you should be able to see your newly created resource

  8. Click on the name next to the OpenAI logo

  9. Click on Model deployments in the left sidebar

  10. Click on Manage deployments

  11. Click on Create new deployment

  12. Select model and add a name for your deployment, then click create

  13. You should get a success message if the model has been deployed successfully
