If you haven’t activated your AppSumo codes yet, please do so before upgrading to Team-GPT 2.0. Once your workspace is upgraded, you will no longer be able to do so. By redeeming your codes now, you ensure that all purchased seats are added to your workspace before you enter the new experience.
We are initially upgrading workspaces that do not primarily use features that are still under development, such as Pages, Comments, or using Personal API keys instead of a workspace-shared key. This strategy ensures that your daily operations continue smoothly without disruption.
If only some of your workspaces are selected for the upgrade, this is why. You will be able to upgrade your other workspaces when we reach Public Beta later this year.
Rest assured that all your important data, including chat histories, prompt libraries, settings, and team memberships, will be carried over to Team-GPT 2.0 without any loss. Once upgraded, you’ll be able to pick up where you left off in 2.0.
Your existing login credentials will remain valid. You might be prompted to log in again once the upgrade to your workspace is complete to ensure security.

If your workspace(s) have been selected for the upgrade, you will receive a notification in your workspace indicating the scheduled upgrade.
The actual upgrade process will involve a short interruption — typically just a few minutes.

If your workspace is super large and has thousands and thousands of chats, then the upgrade will take longer, anywhere between 15 minutes and 5 hours (for the largest workspaces).

Once upgraded, a confirmation message will appear in your v1 workspace, and you can continue working in the 2.0 environment once you acknowledge it.
We'll also notify you via email once the upgrade is complete.
