Hey there! We've been busy polishing things up and fixing a few quirks you might have noticed. Here's what's new in this release.
We've made some thoughtful updates to make your experience smoother. If you've been working with projects that use brand voice settings, you'll be happy to know that when you duplicate a project, the brand voice category now carries over properly—no more manually resetting it each time.
For those of you using prompts with variables in split chat view, we fixed an issue where those variables weren't being applied correctly. Everything should now work as expected, so your customized prompts will behave consistently across different chat modes.
We've also cleaned up a few visual details. The chat action buttons now have transparent backgrounds for a cleaner look, and we made some final adjustments to ensure our recent rebranding is consistent throughout the platform, including on the adoption reports page and in the Help Center.
While you won't see these changes directly, we've been working on security improvements and infrastructure updates to keep everything running smoothly and safely. This includes better protection for embedded content and improvements to how certain integrations communicate with the platform.
