A prompt is a reusable piece of text that guides AI interactions.
The prompt library is an essential feature in Team-GPT because prompts ensure consistent and efficient communication with AI models.
In Team-GPT, you can save your most used prompts for repetitive tasks. We've also got dozens of system prompts for all sorts of use cases.
To access the prompt library, click the 'Prompts' button in the chat input panel, or just type '/'
If you come up with a prompt that works really well, you can save it, put it in folders, and share it with your team in the prompt library, so that everyone can reuse!
Variables make your prompts flexible and reusable. You can add variables using double curly brackets: {{variable_name}}.
For example, {{platform}}, {{tone}}, or {{key_message}}.
When you use a prompt with variables, Team-GPT will ask you to fill in these values. Variables can be anything from product names to audiences to longer text inputs.
The builder creates structured prompts from your task description, helping your team work more effectively with AI.
