The Context Library centralizes all your context elements in one organized location. Instead of having context scattered across different parts of Team-GPT, everything is now in a single, easily accessible hub.

How to Access the Context Library

You can access the Context Library in two simple ways:

What's Inside the Context Library

Instructions (Formerly Custom Instructions)

Instructions are now managed in the Context Library. To create a new instruction:

  1. Enter your instruction text
  2. Name your instruction
  3. Click Save

By default, instructions are private, but you can change the visibility to "Shared" to make them available to your entire team.

Web Pages

Adding website content as context is simple:

  1. Go to the Web Pages tab
  2. Paste your URL
  3. Click Save

The page will be processed and added to your library with a preview.

Files and Images

You can easily add files and images to your Context Library:

  1. Drag and drop or upload files and images
  2. Your uploads will be processed and stored permanently in your library

Recent Tab

The Recent tab offers several advantages shows your most frequently used context snippets and becomes personalized to your workflow over time

Using Context in Chats

When you add context to a chat, selected items appear as tags in the chat input field.

You can hover over any context item to preview its contents, and context items can be removed if they're not relevant for your current chat.

Integration with Project Knowledge

The Context library seamlessly integrates with Team-GPT's Project knowledge. New items you add inside Project knowledge will also appear in your Context Library.
